Do you sit all day at work?
Do you have back or knee pain?
Do this stretch to help prevent back and knee pain. It only takes a few minutes and if you do it a few times a week you are in good shape.
Get a nice soft pillow for your knee, kneel down with one knee on the pillow, put the other foot in front with both knees bent at 90 degrees.
If this feels easy for you, try this:
Perform the same stretch, but this time with your back foot elevated to stretch the quadriceps.
If you have any serious knee of hip problems, or if you prefer not to kneel on your knee try this modification:
Move your back foot back behind you and activate your glute of the back leg that you are stretching. Hold one minute and repeat.
